It is an interactive environmental monitoring platform that lets you create sites by drawing polygons on the map, view biodiversity and environmental KPIs, explore satellite layers, and track environmental metrics. It includes both public community sites and your private monitoring sites.
Click the creation button, then follow the multi-step form: give your site a name, set the coordinates, draw a polygon on the map to define its boundaries, and confirm. The platform will automatically calculate KPIs for the site area.
Each site displays biodiversity and environmental KPIs calculated from CLC (CORINE Land Cover) data and satellite layers. These include MSA (Mean Species Abundance), protected areas coverage, impermeability index, and additional environmental indicators. KPIs are organized by category in the site detail sidebar.
The platform offers multiple layers including satellite imagery, CORINE Land Cover overlays, vector tiles, and custom environmental indicators. You can switch between layers using the layer selector and adjust opacity to compare different datasets.
